Weekly Wrap Up and a Look Ahead

Whoo-Hoo! We made it through BlogFest! And let me just say that I am completely amazed, and stunned, at the turnout and all that it entailed. Thank you everyone for all the great support, including Cinnamon at A Journey of Books for hosting this event! I am now thoroughly tired from all the blog hopping, and seriously need a nap!

Although BlogFest dominated the weekend, doesn't mean I haven't been blogging! :P Both Friday and Sunday I was a guest blogger on Larissa's Bookish Life, while she's here in the states!! 

On Friday, I posted a hypothetical letter welcoming her to NYC, which I loaded with tons of random facts! You know how I love to be a little off-the-wall, so needless to say, it's different! :) You can find it HERE if you're interested!
 

On Sunday, I posted the question, 'Who's At Your Table?' meaning which authors and/or characters would you invite over for a dinner party.  The catch is there are only six chairs you can fill! Six! Could you do it? It actually sounds easier than it really is. When I started writing the post I jotted down a couple of authors, which then lead, to a couple of more, than a couple of more. When it came time to narrow down the list, I was getting flustered of who I needed to eliminate. Then there's the characters! Ugh. All I can say is try it! Interested? HERE it is! 

This week was also filled with contests! The author interview and international giveaway with Erica Hayes ends Tuesday, so make sure you check it out if you missed it. The No Mercy contest ends Wednesday.

Now.. on to this week...

I need to give you a heads up that posts will be random and very little this week due to some activities that I mentioned last week. But I wanted to remind you so you didn't start thinking I fell off the face of the Earth!

I'll be meeting up with Larissa, from Larissa's Bookish Life, for a girls day out in NYC. Then I'll be at the Author's After Dark (AAD) conference for the weekend! Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on some great stuff that I can bring back to the blog! :) 

I'll be posting contest winners, my eBite meme, and a review of a good short story I just finished. I'm not sure how much reading I'll get done this week, but I'm going to try to find a few 'me minutes' when I can.
